During next 12 months of Training … Rs 14,500 PM (consolidated)…..
For Diploma Students:

During next 12 months Training … Rs. 10,500 PM (Consolidated)…
Salary after successful completion of training will be as:
For Degree Holder: Salary is Rs. 21000 pm CTC and become Grade M-2
Engineer.
For Diploma Holder: Salary is Rs. 15001 pm CTC and become Assistant Engineer
Retention Bonus for Degree Holders is as below:
§ After 36 months from date of joining - 1,00,000/-
§ After 48 months from date of joining - 50,000/-
Retention Bonus for Diploma Holders is as below:
§ After 36 months from date of joining - 50,000/-
§ After 48 months from date of joining - 30,000/-
